I made a couple banners of Mick St. John in all his open-shirted wonder, strolling down the beach, and some icons to match. Also, a few icons of Mick's face when Coraline was trying to entice him to go away with her...from the Mortal Cure. He looks all vulnerable. Poor Mick. ;)

BSG
I haven't made any Battlestar Galactica graphics in a while, but I was inspired by all the hype about BSG starting up again and excited about finally finding out who the 5th Cylon is, so I made some icons and a couple of banners from the Season 4 promo pics. I don't have all the characters iconed, but I did a few of them. I'll probably icon the other characters for another batch.

I think Jamie Bamber/Apollo is OK, but I am by no means a big fan of his. But, I thought his promo photos were some of the better ones in the batch so I made a Lee Adama banner out of them. If you want the text changed to make it a header or a FO banner I will be happy to do that for you. Also, I can reduce the size, especially if you want it as a FO banner. I think the size it is now might be too big for an FO banner. Just let me know in a comment. Don't reduce the size yourself, because the text will look funny.

This is image heavy. I didn't realize I had so much stuff to post.

Really like the BSG icons, too. I'm not a huge Apollo fan either, but yep, Jamie Bamber suuuuure is easy on the eyes.

I love the stock ones esp #2,4 and 11. Btw I am trying to find scrapbook textures and elements to make a little digital scrapbook thing (pets 3rd birthday and my birthday, plus our 12th yr anniversary all this month!!) do you know of any good resources for scrapbook embellishments (for free of course LOL)

Those Moonlight icons = HOTTT!! I love the offcentre ones of #19 -21 and the text texture in #22

And I really love the Six header and matching icons!!You are so good with overlaying textures :)

Have you tried looking for scrapbook textures at Deviantart.com? That might be an option.

Unfortunately most of the texture communities I know of on LJ have mostly icon sized scrapbook textures. And even some of the bigger textures aren't big enough for a scrapbook page. Hm...

OK, I got curious so I did a Google search under "free digital scrapbook elements" and one of the web sites I found was this one...Shabby Princess. I tried a download and it's pretty awesome. You download a whole kit.

Painted Pixels is another web site.

You probably know about these though. If not then it's a great find. I'm downloading some stuff myself. :)

I found a few videos on You Tube on Moonlight, and on this guy, http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=7dRmy4h_IXQ I was "encouraged" in that direction by your icons and spamming in your LJ in general on the subject - consider me a new convert I will be looking out for these eppys in the UK soon LOL

And can I just say what a genius you are on finding the Shabby Princess website Wow!!! I found some free ones myself, but they are not in the same league as these ones. I do find ones people have done to be very inspiring, and love this style of digital art....I am now uploading tons of pics and I'm sure it'll take ages to ccome up with anything (where to start, yikes!), but thanks! you've been an enormous help

OMG, It's been a while since I've seen that video. The man certainly is HOT, isn't he? Moonlight is airing on the Living TV in the UK right now. I'm not sure which episode they are up to.

You are the third person who has told me that I got them to watch Moonlight. :)

We get a brand new episode of Moonlight tonight, here in the US. I can't wait!

I'm so glad I was helpful with the scrapbooking web site. I was very impressed with that Shabby Princess web site myself. I know what you mean about where to start. So many ideas and not enough time. :)
