Umm.... i'm kinda new to LJ.... can you teach me how to insert an LJ community or lj user for linking purposes?

I'm not sure what you mean. But if you mean how to put the name of an LJ or LJ community into your user info...this is how you would code it.

(lj user="name of LJ or community")

Replace the parentheses with the greater-than-less-than symbols. Those are symbols above the period and comma on your keyboard. And type the name of the lj or community between the quote symbols.
